Q: Do I need to move my furniture?
A: No, we can clean around your furniture if you would prefer, but we always recommend removing the furniture from the room so that we can fully clean all of the area.
Q: Will your equipment remove pet stains?
A: Yes with the proper treatment and cleaning solutions we can remove all pet stains and odors.
Q: How do you see invisible stains?
A: We use a special black light that illuminates stains. We can show you what you can’t see!
Q: What equipment is brought into my business?
A: An industrial vacuum, Solution Sprayer, counter-rotating brush, suction hose, and a wand. We may also use corner guards to protect your walls.
Q: How will you clean my carpets, tile & grout?
A: First we thoroughly vacuum with our industrial vacuum to remove any loose soil, dirt, and debris. Next we pre-treat the surface and well as any spots with a pre-treatment solution. Then we use a counter-rotating brush to scrub and lift the dirt to the surface. Finally for carpet we use a wand and hot water to extract dirt and grime and for tile we use a special hydro head that cleans and extracts.
Q: Will my business have a bad odor during the cleaning process?
A: No, unlike other cleaners, our state-of-the-art extraction and pump system is located and remains in the van. Any odors are extracted to the outdoor environment. The only thing you will smell is fresh, clean carpets/upholstery. We take the dirty water with us when we leave.
Q: Are your cleaning products child, pet, and environmentally safe?
A: Yes all cleaning solutions, pre-treatments, and stain removers are safe for children, pets, and the environment.
Q: How long will it take for my carpets to fully dry?
A: 1-3 hours based on the carpet pile. Thicker carpet may take longer to fully dry.
